Well here in about 2 hours I will be on the road to Hobbs, NM to become certified. I have to travel to a port of entry and have my escort vehicle inspected (FULLY DECKED OUT AND HAVE ALL OF MY INSURANCE IN A BINDER) to get approval to go through the state on an escort.
There is a fee of I think $10 and then I get to drive back home. Maybe if I am lucky, there will be an escort needed to come back to Texas or go through New Mexico.
